The proposed journey

Each day has one job.

Day one turns frustration into scoped challenges. Day two turns ideas into prototypes. Day three puts them in front of the room.

  1. Day 1

    Refine & Prep

Participants are already selected and arrive with refined ideas. Day 1 sharpens the plan with coaches and gets everyone set up with their tools, ready to build.

    • Welcome and orientation
    • Set up your own Lovable account and tools
    • Refine the brief with your coach
    • Map the screens you'll build
    • First build session
  2. Day 2

    Create

Teams build, test with real users in the room, and learn what their prototype actually needs to prove.

    • Guided building
    • Mentor support
    • Prototype testing
    • Product refinement
    • Submission preparation
  3. Day 3

    Showcase

Prototypes go on screen. Feedback is gathered, work is recognized, and the question of what happens next is put on the table.

    • Final demonstrations
    • Judging
    • Audience engagement
    • Recognition
    • Closing celebration

Participant preparation

What happens before anyone arrives.

A short preparation path keeps the first build session productive and stops day one being spent on orientation alone.

01

Before the conference

A short orientation introduces the platform, the challenge tracks, and what a three-day build actually involves, so nobody arrives cold.

02

During the conference

Guided build sessions, mentor hours, and a submission window keep teams moving without requiring technical background.

03

After the conference

Outcome reporting and a proposed follow-up path decide whether the pilot continues as workshops, challenges, or a member gallery.

No session times, speaker line-ups, awards, or prizes are confirmed. Those decisions belong to the conference and to any technology partnership that is agreed.

The showcase is the point.

Everything before day three exists so a first-time builder can stand in front of their peers and say what they made and what they learned.
