What this site collects, and why.

This is a proposal site. The only information it can collect is what you choose to send through the contact form.

Information you send

Only what you type into the form.

The form stores the fields below in the project’s database so the organizing team can respond. Nothing else is collected here.

Name and role
So the organizing team can address you correctly and understand your relationship to the industry.
Email address
So the organizing team can reply to your message.
Organization
So inquiries can be understood in context — firm, association, supplier, or vendor.
Interest and message
So the message reaches the right conversation: ICCFA leadership, the proposed technology sponsor, mentoring, or general interest.
Date and time submitted
Recorded automatically so inquiries can be handled in order.

How it is used and stored

Inquiries are used only to respond to you and to discuss the proposed activation.
Records are kept in the project database. They are not publicly readable — there is no policy that exposes them to visitors of this site.
They are not sold, and they are not used to send marketing you did not ask for.
We don’t have a written retention period yet, and we aren’t pretending to. Until the organizing team decides one, inquiries are simply kept so nothing is lost before the pilot conversation is finished.

Not used on this site

No advertising or behavioural tracking pixels.
No analytics tool has been installed, so there are no visitor statistics being gathered. Nothing on this site reports a “live” number of anything.
No sign-up, account, or cookie consent flow — there is nothing to sign up for yet.
No automated decision-making and no profiling.

Your choices

You can ask what the organizing team holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@futureofdeathcare.com and say which. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

You can also simply not use the form. Every page on this site can be read without submitting anything.

When this will change

Registration, profiles, submissions, and judging are planned for a later phase and do not exist yet. If any of them are built, this page will be rewritten to describe what they actually collect before they are used.

This site is a proposal. It does not represent a confirmed event, a confirmed technology partnership, or an ICCFA position.
