The participant experience

From “I Wish We Had This” to “I Built This.”

This experience is designed for professionals without technical backgrounds. What you bring is knowledge of how the work actually gets done. The building is supported at every step.

Proposed participant journey · Phase 1 concept
STEP 1

Bring a Problem

You already know the friction. The thing that takes too long, gets forgotten, or confuses families. That knowledge is the starting point — nothing else is.

What you do
Write down one task that would look different if it were easier.
What you leave with
A real challenge you can speak to for two minutes.
STEP 2

Choose a Challenge

Pick the track that fits your problem, or shape a challenge of your own with help from the organizing team before the event.

What you do
Select a track and note who is affected and how often.
What you leave with
A challenge scoped small enough to prototype in three days.
STEP 3

Define Your Idea

Turn the problem into a plain-language description of what you want to exist: who uses it, what it does, what should be obvious at a glance.

What you do
Describe the solution out loud as if explaining it to a new hire.
What you leave with
A short idea statement anyone on your team would recognize.
STEP 4

Build with Lovable

Describe what you want in your own words and let the platform draft the application. Adjust what it produces by asking for changes — the way you would brief a colleague.

What you do
Ask for one change, look at what comes back, ask for another.
What you leave with
A working prototype you can click through.
STEP 5

Improve with Mentors

Mentors sit with you to pressure-test the idea, unblock the build, and help you decide what one thing the prototype must prove.

What you do
Show the prototype and name the one thing you want it to prove.
What you leave with
A sharper scope and a demonstration that holds up.
STEP 6

Share Your Solution

Present what you built to the room in a few minutes. Feedback, recognition, and the question of what happens next all start here.

What you do
Demo the flow you built and say what surprised you.
What you leave with
A prototype on record and a clear next conversation.

You bring the industry knowledge.AI helps with the building.

Idea Studio · Concept preview

See How an Industry Problem Becomes an Application.

Pick an example and step from the problem as a team describes it, to the idea that answers it, to the prototype that could hold it.

Interactive concept preview — full Idea Studio planned for Phase 2.

Stage one · The problem

“Our team spends too much time coordinating daily crematory readiness checks across multiple locations.”

Operations & Compliance · A challenge a team might bring on day one.

The full Idea Studio — guided prompts, structured product briefs, and build-ready outputs — is planned for Phase 2, once the pilot is approved.

Before you arrive

Nobody starts cold.

A short orientation introduces the platform and the tracks, so the first build session is spent building rather than figuring out where to begin.
